Gaspar is a prisoner held in a supermax in the middle of the ocean. With no options to escape by land or sea, this old man will enlist the help of an unlikely group of friends in order to break free.

Fig, an aspiring cook, is trying to get legendary master chef Roux to take him under her wing. However, gathering ingredients and cooking can be quite dangerous in this world. Roux has given him one last chance to prove himself as they go looking for one particularly deadly ingredient: asparagus.
